{"abstract":"The Bureau of Transportation Statistics under delegated authority 49 CFR 1.71(a) amends the Secretary's regulations in order to reflect recent Departmental organizational changes, correct outdated organizational and statutory references, and eliminate obsolete provisions. It also makes editorial changes to correct addresses and make other technical corrections.
