{"abstract":"This action proposes amendments to the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for perchloroethylene (PCE) dry cleaning facilities promulgated in the Federal Register on September 22, 1993. The NESHAP was promulgated to minimize emissions of PCE, which has been listed by EPA as a hazardous air pollutant (HAP).
