{"abstract":"The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is revising and consolidating its regulations concerning coastal zone management (CZM) program development, approval, grants and evaluation, and removing obsolete rules concerning research and technical assistance. These regulations implement, in part, the Coastal Zone Management Act, as amended (CZMA). The purpose of this rule is to remove outdated provisions and to revise and consolidate remaining provisions.
