{"abstract":"This document proposes to amend the airworthiness standards for transport category airplanes to harmonize hydraulic systems design and test requirements with standards proposed for the European Joint Aviation Requirements (JAR). These proposals were developed in cooperation with the Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) of Europe and the U.S. and European aviation industry through the Aviation Rulemaking Advisory Committee (ARAC).
