{"abstract":"This interim rule amends the Immigration and Naturalization Service (Service) regulations by establishing procedures for certain United States citizen women to confer citizenship on their children born outside of the United States before noon (Eastern Standard Time) May 24, 1934. The purpose of this rule is to ensure that all women receive equal treatment under laws relating to nationality.
