{"abstract":"With this document, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is continuing the process of removing or revising standards that are out of date, duplicative, unnecessary, or inconsistent in response to a March 4, 1995 memorandum from the President. This document proposes substantive changes to both health and safety standards to reduce regulatory requirements while maintaining employee protection.
