{"abstract":"Today's action revises the motor vehicle Inspection/ Maintenance (I/M) Program Requirements. This rule establishes the minimum requirements for inspecting vehicles equipped with on-board diagnostic systems as part of the inspections required in basic and enhanced Inspection/Maintenance programs.
