{"abstract":"The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 23 and 52 to implement Executive Order 12969. The Executive order requires that Federal agency contractors report in a public manner on toxic chemicals released to the environment.
