{"abstract":"This interim rule completely revises the Legal Services Corporation's (``LSC'' or ``Corporation'') regulation on redistricting to implement a new restriction contained in the Corporation's FY 1996 appropriations act, which extends the rule's prohibition on redistricting activities to funds formerly unrestricted.
