{"abstract":"Alaska Power Administration (APA) is extending the comment period nine (9) days on its proposal to adjust the rates for the Eklutna Project in the Federal Register on May 16, 1996. APA is also revising the effective date of the rate proposal from September 1, 1996 to October 1, 1996.
