{"abstract":"This action promulgates amendments to the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for perchloroethylene (PCE) dry cleaning facilities. These amendments were proposed in the Federal Register on May 3, 1996; the NESHAP was promulgated in the Federal Register on September 22, 1993.
