{"abstract":"The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) determines to remove a plant, Bidens cuneata (cuneate bidens), from the List of Endangered Plants. This action is based on a review of the best available scientific and commercial data, which indicate that this plant is not a discrete taxonomic entity and therefore does not meet the definition of a species as defined by the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act).
