{"abstract":"This rule amends the regulations by revising the designation for a group of standard requirements from ``Blood Origin Products'' to ``Antibody Products;'' revising five of the six existing standard requirements in the group; removing the sixth; and adding a new standard requirement for products intended for the treatment of failure of passive transfer.
