{"abstract":"We are proposing to amend the regulations concerning ruminants and swine that are imported from a country where foot-and-mouth disease or rinderpest exists into a zoological park in the United States. These animals are maintained in the zoological park under conditions to prevent the spread of animal diseases. We propose to establish conditions under which such animals may be moved from one zoological park in the United States to another.
