{"abstract":"This rule amends Food Stamp Program rules affecting Alaska, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and demonstration projects. This action is a result of a comprehensive, page-by-page review, of all existing Food Stamp Program regulations which was conducted in response to the President's efforts to reform the Federal regulatory system.
