{"abstract":"This final rule revises the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by reorganizing those License Exceptions that are referenced on the Commerce Control List. These License Exceptions had been bundled together in a single section, bearing a group symbol to be used for export clearance purposes. This rule splits the list-based License Exceptions into separate sections, each with its own clearance symbol. This rule makes conforming changes throughout the EAR.
