{"abstract":"The Federal Grain Inspection Service (FGIS), a program of the Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA), is increasing and establishing new fees charged for inspection services for commodities, other than rice, performed under the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (AMA).
