{"abstract":"The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to remove particular certification requirements for contractors and offerors. This final rule implements Section 4301(b) of Public Law 104-106.
