{"abstract":"The Commission is hereby adopting rules that eliminate the regulatory distinctions between U.S.-licensed domestic satellites and separate international satellite systems, resulting in uniform treatment of all U.S.-licensed geostationary fixed-satellites. Our action is in response to comments received in response to our Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in this proceeding.
