{"abstract":"This final rule amends HUD's regulations for the allocation of budget authority for housing assistance. In an effort to comply with the President's regulatory reform initiatives, this rule streamlines the regulations by eliminating provisions that are redundant of statutes or are otherwise unnecessary, making them clearer and more concise.
