{"abstract":"This final rule amends HUD's regulations for the disclosure and verification of social security numbers and employer identification numbers, and procedures for obtaining income information. In an effort to comply with the President's regulatory reform initiatives, this rule will streamline these regulations as they exist in several parts by eliminating provisions that are redundant and are otherwise unnecessary.
