{"abstract":"The Rural Housing Service (RHS) and the Farm Service Agency (FSA), collectively hereafter referred to as ``agency,'' amend the Real Estate Title Clearance and Loan Closing regulation. This action makes loan closing procedures consistent with the private sector for commercial loans and makes loan closing requirements consistent with local laws and procedures that are typical in the area where an agency loan is made.
