{"abstract":"In an effort to comply with the President's regulatory reform initiative, this final rule streamlines HUD's regulations governing its environmental criteria and standards. Specifically, this rule amends these regulations to eliminate provisions which do not require regulatory codification. The rule also updates the regulations to more accurately reflect current HUD organization and practices.
