{"abstract":"This final rule further amends the marketing agreement and order for hazelnuts grown in Oregon and Washington (order). The amendments change order provisions regarding: Volume control; nomination and membership of the Hazelnut Marketing Board (Board); fiscal operations; and the administration and operation of the program. These changes were favored by hazelnut producers in a mail referendum held from November 27 through December 15, 1995.
