{"abstract":"This document contains a proposed rule that would adjust the civil monetary penalties under Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (ERISA), pursuant to the requirements of the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990 (the 1990 Act), Public Law 101-410, 104 Stat. 890, as amended by the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 (the Act), Public Law 104- 134, 110 Stat. 1321-373.
