{"abstract":"NMFS is consolidating 50 CFR part 674 into 50 CFR part 679 as part of the President's Regulatory Reform Initiative. NMFS is also correcting a technical error in regulations implementing pelagic trawl performance standards for the Alaska groundfish trawl fleet.
