{"abstract":"This amendment makes corrections and minor editorial changes to regulations published on June 17, 1996 (61 FR 30734). This amendment will not impose any additional restrictions on persons affected by these regulations. The final rule published on June 17, 1996, established separate requirements for check airmen who check only in flight simulators and flight instructors who instruct only in flight simulators.
