{"abstract":"The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) amends its regulations on Telecommunications Standards and Specifications for Materials, Equipment and Construction, by rescinding RUS Bulletin 345-63, RUS Standard for Acceptance Tests and Measurements of Telephone Plant, PC- 4, and codifying the revised RUS standard at 7 CFR 1755.400 through 7 CFR 1755.407, in the Code of Federal Regulations.
