{"abstract":"The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to amend the rules for processing garnishment orders for child support and alimony and the rules for processing commercial garnishment orders. The majority of the amendments to the child support and alimony garnishment regulations (``support regulations'') are mandated by the provisions of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996.
