{"abstract":"The Federal Labor Relations Authority amends portions of its regulations regarding unfair labor practice (ULP) proceedings (Part 2423) and miscellaneous and general requirements (Part 2429). The amendments are designed to streamline the existing regulations, facilitate dispute resolution, clarify the matters to be adjudicated, provide more flexibility to the participants in the ULP process, simplify the filing and service requirements, and promote confidence in ULP proceedings.
