{"abstract":"This action proposes amendments to 40 CFR parts 60, 61, and 63 to reflect miscellaneous editorial changes and technical corrections throughout the parts in sections pertaining to source testing or monitoring of emissions and operations, and proposes to add Performance Specification 15 (PS 15) to Appendix B of Part 60. In addition, the test methods in Appendix A of Part 60, Appendix B of Part 61, Appendix A of Part 63, and the performance specifications in Appendix B of Part 60 are proposed to be restructured in the format recommended by the Environmental Monitoring Management Council (EMMC) to achieve uniformity and consistency between Agency methods.
