{"abstract":"The OCC, Board, and FDIC (collectively, agencies) are adopting uniform regulations to implement section 109 (section 109) of the Riegle-Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act of 1994 (Interstate Act). The final rule reflects comments received on the proposal and further internal consideration by the agencies.
