{"abstract":"The EPA is promulgating source category-limited interim approval of the Operating Permits Program submitted by the State of Maine for the purpose of complying with Federal requirements for an approvable State program to issue operating permits to all major stationary sources, and to certain other sources. EPA is also proposing elsewhere in this Federal Register to add a sixth interim approval issue which would require Maine to remove some of the activities listed as insignificant in the State's rules.
