{"abstract":"The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is revising its policy on posting discounts to be consistent with changes in the discount policy that we simultaneously are implementing in Order No. 888-A. Additionally, we are making other minor revisions to 18 CFR Part 37--which contains rules establishing and governing transmission information networks and standards of conduct--to be responsive to arguments made on rehearing and to make the regulations operate more smoothly.
