{"abstract":"The United States International Trade Commission (Commission) is amending its rules of practice and procedure to make certain changes to rules relating to public notices, availability of information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), initiation of investigations, and safeguarding of individual privacy under the Privacy Act of 1974 (Privacy Act).
