{"abstract":"The Securities and Exchange Commission (``Commission'') is proposing amendments to the plan governing the operation of the Intermarket Trading System (``ITS Plan'' or ``Plan'') that was approved pursuant to Rule 11Aa3-2 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (``Exchange Act'' or ``Act''). The proposed amendments expand the ITS/Computer Assisted Execution System (``CAES'') linkage to all listed securities, including non-Rule 19c-3 securities.
