{"abstract":"This interim rule establishes procedures under which employees of the Federal Bureau of Investigation may make disclosures of information protected by the Civil Services Reform Act of 1978 (Pub. L. No. 95-454) and the Whistleblower Protection Act of 1989 (Pub. L. No. 101-12), codified at 5 U.S.C. 2303.
