{"abstract":"This notice sets forth Fiscal Year 2000 individual allotments and percentages to States administering the State Developmental Disabilities Councils and Protection and Advocacy programs, pursuant to Section 125 and Section 142 of the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act (Act). The allotment amounts are based on the 1999 Budget Request and are contingent upon Congressional appropriations for Fiscal Year 2000.
