{"abstract":"NMFS proposes regulations to implement that portion of the Comprehensive Amendment Addressing Sustainable Fisheries Act Definitions and other Required Provisions in Fishery Management Plans of the South Atlantic Region (Comprehensive Amendment) that would modify the framework procedures in FMPs to allow addition of biomass levels and age-structured analyses.
