{"abstract":"The State of Louisiana has applied for final authorization to revise its Hazardous Waste Program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The EPA has determined that these changes satisfy all requirements needed to qualify for final authorization. The EPA reviewed Louisiana's application, and now makes an immediate final decision, subject to receipt of adverse written comment, that Louisiana's Hazardous Waste Program revision satisfies all of the requirements necessary to qualify for final authorization.
