{"abstract":"The Director of Defense Procurement is adopting as final, without change, an interim rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). The rule implements Section 213 of the Strom Thurmond National Defense Authorization Act of Fiscal Year 1999.
