{"abstract":"The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is revising regulations governing National Cancer Institute construction grants for the purpose of making them applicable to all NIH financial assistance programs with construction grant authority, including programs transferred to NIH by the ADAMHA Reorganization Act and two programs authorized by the National Institutes of Health Revitalization Act of 1993.
