{"abstract":"On September 5, 1996, the EPA issued the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Group I Polymers and Resins (61 FR 46906); on September 12, 1996, the EPA issued the Group IV Polymers and Resins NESHAP (61 FR 48208); and on December 11, 1990, the EPA issued the Standards of Performance for Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Emissions from the Polymer Manufacturing Industry (55 FR 51035).
