{"abstract":"On September 8, 1998, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Japan. This review covers one manufacturer/exporter of the subject merchandise to the United States and the period August 1, 1996 through July 31, 1997. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results.
