{"abstract":"On July 10, 1998, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published the preliminary results of its administrative reviews of the antidumping duty orders on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products and certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Canada. These reviews cover six manufacturers/exporters of the subject merchandise to the United States (three manufacturers/exporters of corrosion-resistant carbon steel and four manufacturers/exporters of cut-to-length carbon steel plate), and the period August 1, 1996, through July 31, 1997. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results.
