{"abstract":"The Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (Service), is revising its regulation, 31 CFR Part 210 (Part 210), governing the use of the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system by Federal agencies (agencies). The ACH system is the primary electronic funds transfer (EFT) system used by agencies to make payments, and the Service anticipates that agencies increasingly will use the ACH system to collect funds. Part 210 provides the regulatory foundation for use of the ACH system by agencies.
