{"abstract":"The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) South Dakota Field Office is publishing supplementary rules for public lands in the Fort Meade Recreation Area in the state of South Dakota. The rules are needed in order to protect the area's natural resources and provide for public health and safety. The rules are based on existing regulations and address use, camping and occupancy, vehicles and off-road vehicles, conduct, firearms and permits.
