{"abstract":"EPA is announcing that the comment period to the proposed rule entitled National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Hazardous Waste Combustors, published on March 23, 2006, is being extended until May 8, 2006. In the proposed rule, EPA is requesting comment on a revised new source particulate matter standard for cement kilns that burn hazardous waste.
