{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is reopening the comment period for the proposed rule entitled \"Criteria for the Safe and Environmentally Protective Use of Granular Mine Tailings Known as `Chat'.\" This proposal was published on April 4, 2006 (71 FR 16729), and the comment period ended on May 4, 2006.
