{"abstract":"EPA is finalizing a limited approval and limited disapproval of revisions to the Pinal County Air Quality Control District (PCAQCD) portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP). This action was proposed in the Federal Register on October 17, 2006 and concerns particulate matter (PM-10) emissions from fugitive dust.
